Parcham invites its readers and contributors to guest edit future Issues starting June 2025. We look forward to receiving proposals highlighting the thematic strand around which the issue will revolve. The Proposal, of approximately 500 words should be mailed to the official Parcham e-mail id at parchamonline@gmail.com. The proposals, once received would go through the editorial board for approval and the decision will be communicated via email and announced on social media. The decision of the Editorial Board will be final. Along with the proposals, please do send in a short bio and a couple of links to your published work ( Articles/ Books/ Edited Issues).
Just a few pointers before you submit.
1. The guest editor will be short-listing, arranging, and editing all the articles which will pass through a final edit by the magazine editors. We expect the editor to write a maximum 1000 word editorial.
2. We welcome interested candidates from all over the world.
3. Parcham is a non-profit venture and non-paying platform. We do it for the love of it and because we think one should stand up to the recent efforts aimed at silencing dissenting voices.
4. Parcham brings out FOUR issues per year. In March, June, September and December. When you are sending your proposals, please mention which issue is it that you wish to edit. The subject line of the email should read * Proposal- Your Name- Issue Month*
5. Please go through some of our previous issues to get a feel of the kind of work we have published and look forward to doing in the future.
